Non Curse PMS/Period file

Is there a non curse version of Period/PMS file? Something like that starts the next day of listening to the file. And ends in about a week 3 days PMS and a 5 Day period. And to experience it again you must listen to the file again.
I would be cool for people who just want to try it for fun or considering the curse but are not sure about it.
