Blink's basic induction + good girl file

In Blink's Good Girl file description it is said that it is best to use the basic induction file first before the Good Girl file. How long or how many times should one use the basic induction file before moving on to the Good Girl file? There's no overt suggestion or way to see how well the basic induction file is working, no way that i can easily judge that it is a good time to move forward.

The Basic induction doesn't have any payload to speak of, short of a slight addicting quality; however, if you're blanking out about remembering the contents, or noticing suddenly becoming aware of your surroundings about half an hour after you start listening, then you can be pretty sure it is "working" well enough to switch to the other file

The reason for conditioning yourself with the Basic before going to the Good Girl is because there are reinforcing references throughout the induction (which is a somewhat abbreviated variant compared to the Basic); such that you should be deeply under by the time you get to the actual suggestions.
