basically I have reached a crossroads. on the one hand I have a nice home that dosen't allow me to live fem. the other alternative is to move and not live in fem at all due to high rent.

Find a room mate to share the cost. Be up front about your lifestyle in an ad. Find someone you can be yourself in front of. Hell, some people would want to see you model clothes.
