Subliminals in Adobe soundbooth

Can someone please tell me how 2 make subliminals with adobe soundbooth?

Never used soundbooth, but the technique is the same for any sound editor. Layer the subliminal over music, ocean sounds, whatever at a volume that leaves the file either barely audible or at the highest level you can that is still inaudible depending on your needs.
