files and listening

do you have to concentrate on the files when you listen to them or can you do other things and let it subliminaly sink in

It's best to let them sink in by focusing on them. It's also counter productive. One of two things will happen:

1) You will space out and listen to the file, which might mess up whatever you were trying to do.

2) You will ignore the file and continue doing whatever you were doing.
