Question about self-hypnosis.

I recently used a file to try to remove a particular kink interest of mine, with good success so far, and it got me thinking: what would be the best way to self-hypnotise(no file) to either remove a particular fetish, or add a new one?

I know it might seem a bit strange, but I love the loss of control feeling associated with changing this sort of thing around, and it works for me :)
