iPhone issues

I have an iPhone 4. Since the 5 was released, and i updated the software released at that time, when i listen to files, the file will begin to play and then anywhere from a minute to 2:45 the file will skip back to beginning. I've tried this with several files and this occurs. Anyone experience this? Any way to fix this?

Same problem, got some files I want to listen to but it doesn't work..

... but Safari seems to offer an option for download. Does that work for you? Have you tried another browser?
