The file itself says permanent. Almost all bimbo or himbo files work to make you a bimbo/himbo permanently. Otherwise the files wouldn't have much of a long lasting effect. All in all, if you don't like the idea of something lasting for a very long time... You should probably not dabble with files that are not temporary or triggered. Heck, you might even be better off ignoring those too depending on your personality.
