Not quite ready to post pics, but over the last year and a half, I've lost about 50lbs, got my bodyfat percentage from about 40% to 25%, and have set a personal record on my deadlift (not gonna post numbers because I'm too embarrassed here).
My goal right now is to keep cutting fat, wanna lose another 15lbs, and also get down to about 15-20% bodyfat before I do my first ever clean bulk over the fall and winter. Medium-term goal is to be at a lean 205lbs ( so 10-15% bf) before I look at getting bigger. But I want to be bigger. I wanna be a 240-260lbs bodybuilder, man. :) :)
