Getting Rid of Gag Reflex?

Anyone have any tips on this? I have a realistic enough dildo that I work with, but no matter what I do, this is an issue. Any suggestions?

This is going to sound really weird, but try folding the thumb of one hand over your palm and curling your other fingers around it. (I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and it's the only way I can brush my tongue. Haven't used it for sucking on cocks and cock substitutes without gagging.)
