How long does premium take?

I uploaded something 5 or so days ago, and usually it takes about 3. Do I have to do something extra now to activate it?

Well my premium was dead for a few days before I uploaded something. I should probably upload all I have, though it's pretty mediocre stuff so yeah, bad idea.
