Has any one here heard of it?
It's basically the worship of Eris, the goddess of discord.
You could also say it is Buddhism but with an enlarged sense of humour.

They tend to be the type of people who, the more seriously someone or something takes his/her/its-self, the less seriously they take the individual/object.
I only have a relatively superficial knowledge of either.
