ive finally made the leap.... its been over a month since my last cigarette, i'vr been (tryin) to eat cleaner, and i should be joinin the gym this coming thursday... i've also been listenin to TrainTotalJock and the Dumbing Down files. i even took the fuckin batterys out of the TV remote and the channel hasnt changed from ESPN for fivedays now. people at work all now know me as a NY Rangers fan cuz i wore my hat, and soon itll be baseball season...

so this is just a post to ask for encoragement, i guess. feel like this is the last time im "changing", that this is truly it for me, ive found who i really am - but im also just getting started. anybody got any good words?

Two people may have completely different directions for you to become a dumb jock. This alone is confusing let alone potentially harmful when factoring in the mind and how complex it is. Logic stands that one person should be instructing to minimize the potential.
