Have you listened to Bubble Induction? Great file and it installs a useful trigger that puts you into trance instantly. The trigger could make it easier for Chris to give you suggestions, or an online hypnotist. Also, it would give him some pretty cool control over you. :-)

Remember when you were a little boy? You loved being a little boy, playing with your toys, tucked into bed at night, free of grownup cares and responsibilities, protected and coddled. In fact, you'd love nothing more than to be that little boy again. And now you will have the chance to be that little boy. You see, that little boy is still inside you. You can feel him there, he has always been there, like the sapling within a tree, the first few rings of annual growth, sheltered and protected and part of the man he became. Feel him inside you. See what he saw, see through his innocent eyes, for he is always within you, looking out. You love that little boy. And now, for the next month, you will be that little boy. He will step out into the light, he will spread his little wings. You are becoming that little boy again. While before, it was the little boy who was asleep, it is now the grownup who is falling asleep. Sleepy, so sleepy, so comfortable, asleep. So happy and content to let his carefree little boy come out. To hand mind and body to his carefree little boy. Free of adult cares. Free of adult desires. Free of adult knowledge. Free of adult worries. Talking like a little boy, thinking like a little boy, on the carpet playing with his toys, snuggling in bed with his teddy. Mischievous but innocent. Begging for attention from the grownups he loves so much. Remembering only today, each day dawning magical and new, each experience wondrous. Watching his favorite movie again and again transfixed, as if in a trance, each scene so mysterious, so vivid, so real. Hearing his favorite story again and again. Crying when he's frustrated, and a moment later, without a care in the world. You are now that little boy. For the next four weeks, you will be that little boy. Happy and carefree, that happy little boy. And your grownup will come out if you need him to, to take over and protect you in an emergency, or if I tell him to. But otherwise, for the next four weeks, you will be that little boy. That happy, carefree little boy.

There is a site that describes really well how it is done. That will give your unconscious a good construction, so to speak, for you to be sunk into.
