I don't believe it works quite like that. Anybody could give the person with the curse permission to orgasm as long as the conditions for the permission are satisfied or fulfilled. There are a few files on WMM that will make y9uo enjoy doing the cleaning. I just searched "clean" and came up with 109 of them.
