Are you on a real computer, or on an iDevice? Non-computers often have issues with this site.

Desktop, win 7. no problem downloading text or mp3 files.
It redraws the screen, shows the menu options on the left and the body of the page is white with one small icon on the upper left hand corner.
it looks like it is trying to show the video more than download it, but that is only a guess

It appears all I can do myself is WATCH the video. I don't think there is a download option based on this info.
