Forum Profile is a Blank Page

I was just trying to upload a file for an avatar, and clicking on the link brings me to a blank page, where it's meant to go to the Forum Profile page(apparently, I've never been). I tried the link over in the forum section also with no luck.

As this been purposefully removed? Can it be fixed?

click "your account" on the left and then choose profile from the drop down.

I understand that's how you get to avatar selection, but the option to load one from your own machine is a link to Forum Profile, which leads to a blank page, or rather no page at all, just background. That's my issue.
