Someone "offers" his/her Voice (tex to mp3) ?

So, since my english isn't very good (obviously), is there anyone who might "offer" (for free please) his/her voice to read and save my hypnosis script as MP3 ?
Or is there a good text to speech program (again for free of course) ?

Plus... I'd really like to add a spinning spiral to my video, but i am unable to find a file for the moviemaker program.
