i think i fell into a trance. i could hear what emg was saying but i couldn't open my eyes or move. i tried using the file because it is self triggered but had no luck.

You probably did. Many people report feeling unable or reluctant to move while in trance.

Don't worry about it. It seems as though most people won't see immediate results with the trigger files.
