Good free TTS program with male voice?

Hi,
I would like to know which TTS program (prefer a freeware one) with male voice that can make mp3 you have the best experience with?
I saw a program that uses the Microsoft voice that is already on the computer but in my Vista 8.1 is this called Narrator and has only 3 female voices.

I did rewrite a script I found at WMM from someone else I would like to record now. And have ideas for other scripts if this one works well.
Reason I want to use TTS is that I'm Dutch and have a heavy accent when speaking English. But also because a TTS voice is not a life person, so there is no connection with the voice.
