Idea: New Comment(s) Option

Postby HFBIO » February 17th, 2015, 6:16 pm

I think the idea of being able to check who has commented last on a file in the "files" section of the website would be amazing. I know there are the "popularity" and "Ratings" filters, but if you are looking for a file that is getting feedback right then it could be cool to see what people are commenting on recently instead of going through the popularity page and going through all of the files to check for new comments.

Yay, nay?

You MUST agree.

All seriousness aside, I love the idea.

However, implementation is the question.

Doesn't matter if we ALL like this idea, if EMG cannot make it happen, that's all it was - an idea, great though it may be.

Let us hope it is "doable" and that EMG likes the idea, as well.

EMG can we also have a sort by number of comments. I like reading people's feedback on files before I try them and it's hard to find files with comments.

Same, this is literally the only feature I want. Sort files by comments, because these are the most interesting files.
No longer distributing my files.
