challenge a dumbing down curse

Its odd that I came up with this idea whilst trying to stop having ideas. But I challenge anyone to create a file that will make it impossible for the cursee namely me to think, concentrate, decide, or in any way carry on an intelligent conversation unless he is chewing gum. The level of intelligence being directly correlated to the amount of flavor left in the gum. Any attempt to think without gum will start a favorite song playing in the victims head distracting him from his line of thought unless he pops in a fresh piece of gum. He will get a surge of intelligence that fades faster and faster with every chew. Chewing gum that's lost its flavor will allow him slightly lower than average intelligence, but functionality. What say you?
