I uploaded a file and i want it to be free but it is listed as premium. I can't even download it myself. why is this? Also i uploaded a script yet it does not show in the listing?

I think all files are initially premium. You have to wait for it to become free.

Since you've uploaded a file, you should get a few months of premium membership soon if you haven't already, which means you'll at least be able to download it (and any other premium files you have your eyes on).
