Hello,
I've been trying for about a decade to go under, and, for the first time, am seeing signs that I can do this (thanks in large part to MN_FriendlyGuy's "Shore of Relaxation" file). My goal is one around weightlifting and bodybuilding.
Currently, I feel successful if I can go to the gym at least once a week, and, while I'm not a food junkie, I don't eat with purpose, either.
Can anyone recommend a progression of files that help take sole Me from my state all the way up to the twice-daily-six-times-a-week bodybuilder that has grown so huge and with help, that he's now a corinary risk: the kind of extreme dedication that takes precedence over almost all other desires?
