Meeting Compliance

I need a file that allows me to attend meetings where my presence is necessary, but I do not have much if any active participation. I need to self trigger an alert pose (head can't bang on my chest) and my body doesn't fall over sideways. So I could look attentive. Could eyes remain open? or would dark glasses be needed.

It would be good if I could maintain a short memory of the previous words spoken, and I can wake up and respond to a question.

DOES THIS INSPIRE ANYONE?
