Hey so I am new to this whole hypnosis thing, I have downloaded a few files but none really seem to work, I have for about a week now been trying the trigvirtual crossdressing, and really want to see success, has anybody else had success with this file?

To be able to use the trig virtual takes a practice in being able to go into deep hypnosis first, then a trigger word training and then you do the trig virtual cross dress.

should i take it people have had success with it then?
I was more so looking to see if there were any success stories people could tell me, but I will look for those files now

I suggest also putting a theta wave in the background so that the entire time you are going deeper into trance. You can use Audacity to add the theta to the background.
