Looking for subject in Houston Texas area

Im going to keep this relatively short. Im looking for a local subject in my area to practice hypnosis with. Its a pretty big city but im hoping to find some people nearby regardless. We dont have to begin with "in person" sessions but that is my eventual goal.
Please note that i am male and prefer female/sissy/trans etc over pure gay. It is merely a preference. Generally speaking, the more feminine the more aesthetically pleasing.
We can discuss past and present works more privately. I hope to hear from you :)
