Resistance Induction

I've been having really spotty performance with some of the other inductions on this site. I've got Adult ADD so that makes it a pain in the ass to go into trance.

I've been experimenting with just about every Induction on here and the Resistance Induction was heads and shoulders above the rest. I've never gotten that deep before in my life and I've been playing with self-hypnosis off and on for about 14 years.

Thank you Goddess Spiral! This is great! I've done it twice now with increasing returns.

Anyone thinking about giving up should try this first!

Cool. I haven't started to try going into trance just yet. I also have Adult ADD; not diagnosed with it because I haven't seen a doctor but can't see this as being anythign else.

I'll have a go with this file if I'm having trouble. Just to see what would happen, I tried last night before bed to clear my mind and relax. No good; it's quite cluttered up there. :)
