Also, Forbes and New Scientist have links to video of someone being affected by the device while walking. (Forbes has RealPlayer video with audio in Japanese, New Scientist has an mpg w/o audio.)

I'm hesitant to label this as "mind control". Judging from the reports, it appears to affect the headset wearer's sense of balance in a way that's interpreted at movement in a given direction, and utilizes the natural tendency to compensate for that. Of course, that's just my reading of it, which may be worth exactly what you paid for it.

Given the opportunity, I might volunteer to try it once or twice, just for the experience, but I think I'd pass on having it synched to music.

Indeed not bad.
But if you really want to know a secreat.
Ask me about the things they created during the cold war.
Suprised it took them this long to make something new.
Cant wait to make something like it for myself.
Any one interested ?

Before all those studies on physcodelic drugs.
As soon as they figured out that the brain sends electrical information from the brain, and stores it as well from the body.
They were trying to use electrical current to not only stimulate, but reprogram the human mind.
Some really crazy stuff happend back then.
I,ncludeing the fear and truth that a few marines
had been reprogramed by the russians.

Oddly a conspiracy theory for the jfk guy.
But even more odd were the things they found out worked.
I mean these people had brass ones.

If only I could get my hands on all that information.
You know i,d just loose it.

<shudder> 8O I can't believe that some one created that. It reminds me of some things I've seen in other Anime Movies.

During the cold war the Russians created a device that was supposed to control the human mind... Although I think the most they managed was to make people sick, agitated and depressed this is pretty impressive in itself. Records suggest they used it on the American embassy. This is all in released kgb files from what I understand.

Reminds me of the movie Clockwork Orange.

Put some rob zombie music to that, And watch your head twist off.
That movie was just so wrong.

 I,m a fan of classical music myself.
My fave composer was Faust.
For a guy who did what he did his music wasnt that off.

But any ways. Puts on Nine inch Nails And hears.

-I am that voice inside your head....and I control you.....

Well guess that explains alot.

NIN takes me back... I can remember dad calling the guy down the street and telling him to turn down the music... months later I would learn that it wasn't a radio he and some friends were playing in the garage. That jerk turned out to be Trent Reznor and... well heh how about that?

Only people who sing it rite are people like me.
The pain ,the sorrow and all the dreams.
The things I wish to be.

The thing I use to be...

Me.

They used it to create dark Psy energy.
In my dreams I once said, "Ahh, Yes, but how many minds does my one mind hold?".

That may be but I think the specials that I have seen on tv and the most of the people I've talked to who sound like they know what they are talking about said that it was a form of concentrated radiation. Nothing to outrageous atleast as far as the supernatural is concerned however there are alot of supernatural type stuff they did do during this psychic cold war, however that is off topic of machines that can controll people.

The special I saw they had developed it directly from Resurch on psy energy. They were tying to reproduce the messurments they would get form Psychics.

If you're interested in electronic mind control, Google the term "Lida" or "Lida machine" and see what you get. We imported at least one and used it at a VA hospital in California.

The patent information is available on the Web, if you're willing to look for it.
