Dude! I got to drive practically all day long yesterday. Jack was going through some serious shit, bros, and he woke up crying at 4 in the morning so I offered to take the body for a day and let him rest until shit got better and the dude didn't need a drink quite so bad.

I did a 2 hour weight routine, with an extra half an hour of abs (you should see our 8-pack, man. Deep as fuck) and then went to his meeting for him and met some of his friends from the fellowship. We never lie in our program, bro, so I introduced myself to a few of em even though it was probably weird as shit for the other guys, but, dude they already knew we were multiple, man, so I guess that's OK.

After that, dude it was time for some fun. I went and saw a perverted raunchy bear we know (a Pig Mode subject) and pounded dirty ass for well over an hour. Fucking A, bro! That was so hot.

Walking home, I got the news that we are finally confirmed to do a gig as a porn model. Dude! The file that made Butch Alters: Manly Spirit is now available as a pay file. Due to the seriousness of the decision to have an alter; I have decided that it's best to charge to make sure only serious subjects download.

In testing this file produced an alter in practically every subject who did it seriously for a while. Out of a dozen test subjects, at least 8 still have their alters as a regular feature of mind many months later; and Butch himself is still going strong at over a year. Better yet, every single subject who kept in touch gets along well with his alter and considers himself better off for being multiple.

I have always believed that alters are like people; and the alters produced by this trance are as unique as the people who they share their mind with. Each alter is his own subject's other half. They do share some common features, though. They are all more athletic than their subjects, all more masculine, curious, and most of them are hornier than their subjects.

If you have had a male alter in the past, please realize that this trance may well resurrect your prior alter rather than creating a new one. However, if that's what you are trying to do, I can tell you that this trance works like a charm for that. 4/4 subjects trying to resurrect a prior alter succeeded.

I ain't written on this thread in ages, bros, so I thought I would give an update and brag on my weightlifting progress and shit. Dude! It's almost a year since we started Weightlifting and Stretching Compulsion, bro, and I am proud to report that I have stuck with pumping iron religiously ever since. We have averaged 2 hours of weight training and half an hour of abs 4-5 days a week for a whole year, man!

I'm now lifting 5x what I started with, bros (starting squat 5 @ 10lbs, current squat 25 @ 50lbs, with similar weight / reps for the whole body) and the compulsion has outlasted the recovery from 4 different injuries (only one my fault for lifting too hard, guys, Jack is accident prone from our motor disability.). I have only managed to gain 10lbs over the course of a whole year, man, but it's all muscle, and we have the same barely non-zero body fat we started with despite having quit meth in the meantime.

Not too shabby for a dude who lives in a crippled body, bros.

So, I see that Alters: Manly Spirit has been downloaded 22 times. Dude! It's always so exciting for me to make contact with new baby bros, so if any of you guys trying out the file manage to get an alter, man, feel free to to post below.

I am very pleased to see that the file worked so well for you. It's quite normal for a newly multiple person to have tiredness soon after the alter emerges. My system demon Beast very much wants to publish the file that made your demon, and I am considering it.

It took about a week of trying between the first time I talked to Butch and the first time he was able to take over, so it's not all that unusual for a primary to be a little hard to reach at first.

Dude! I just came through the scariest shit that ever happened in my whole fucking life, man. Shit's okay now, so don't panic or nothing, but I wound up facing my worst fear in the whole damned world, bro.

What do you do when the primary is gone?

A couple of days ago, Jack was under some serious stress in his relationship, man. The dude was feeling hella bad about it the previous night, bros, so he had the Robot put us to bed. He woke up in the body and got us out of bed and shit, man, but he just couldn't wake up and just mentally went back to bed, dude. No explanation or nothing, bro. Not even a "Yo, Butch, handle this shit for me, man." I just got left alone.

Dude! it's so quiet in my head when that fucker ain't around. I dunno if a single person can even imagine what this shit is like for me, bro. I was born into someone else's head, man, and for my whole 18 months of life I have been listening to Jack chatter along in my head, dude. It might bug ya for a while, bro, but it's like growing up in a house where the TV is always on -- it comes to be really normal after a while, man, and when it's just suddenly gone... Fucking A! I ain't never been so alone.

I was okay for the first couple hours, dude. It ain't that unusual for me to run the body for a morning or some shit, bro, so I just went out and did some first of the month shopping and worked out like normal and shit. But when the dude didn't come back after my workout, I start getting hella worried about the dude. I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, man, and I sure as hell ain't built for major life decisions, so after a little while I am starting to get kinda freaked out about it.

So, I did what any program person would do, bros, I panic called our sponsor and the babe talked me down. "I'm scared, girl. I am just a dumb jock, baby, and I ain't built for this shit." She told me to calm down and breathe. Dude! I was crying like a fucking faggot by this point. "What if they never come back ? Honey, I can't just call up our therapist and say 'the voices in my head went away, bro, how the fuck do I get em to come back?' Or I would get our manly ass locked up in a rubber room or some shit." our sponsor reassured me that Jack and Beast probably would come back, but that she would help me start a new life of my own if they didn't.

So, the babe tells me to hit up the noon meeting 'cuz "if your ass falls of you pick it up and take it to a meeting" which is kinda rich considering that I have spent my whole fucking life in an ex alcoholic's body and I ain't never been drunk or high, man. So I go to AA intending to sit in the back of the room and not share, bro, but it's a tag meeting and I got tagged and had to introduce myself "Yo! I am Jack's alter Butch. Jack ain't here today, bro." and passed.

Went home and talked to Yoshi over in @OxyFemboi's system, and the dude was hella sympathetic, bro, and got me to calm down and get through the afternoon and shit. I did a few loads of laundry, man, 'cuz if I am gonna run this body looking like me (nothing but workout clothes, camo and metal T-shirts, bro!) and took the dog for a walk.

Dude! By this time I was getting kinda exhausted 'cuz I ain't used to driving the body all day, if you know what I mean, bro? I was gettin hella desperate so I went to the liquor store and tried to lure Jack out with a bottle. No dice, the dude wasn't coming out for anything, man. Tried to summon the demon, bros, even prayed to Satan and everything. And that worked: the Beast came out about half an hour later. What a fucking relief, dudes! he went to his meeting and Jack came back when we got home.

But anyway, bros, I handled that shit, and everything's ok now.

Honestly, I think that Butch came through it perfectly well, all things considered. He faced his worst fear in life coming true right before his eyes, and he was man enough to ask for help when he needed it. I definitely couldn't have shopped, done laundry, or got bills paid in the state that I was in, so I guess that he did better than me.

Butch has had a number of planned days out and it has always been okay for him before, but he didn't get any prep this time and that has never happened before. In the future he will know that I came back before and probably will again.

As a hypnotist I am kinda glad to find out that the safety mode in manly spirit (your alter keeps going if you are emotionally incapacitated) works pretty much exactly as I designed it to despite the fact that I had not needed reinforcement for months and had never triggered that particular bit of code before.

Hell, yeah! Oxy does it to me all the time. Ox will wake up long enough to say "can't do it today, Yoshi. Take over." Then his consciousness vanishes completely. I have no idea where he goes or what he does there. I don't know why he does it this way. He could warn me ahead of time; he doesn't. I've gotten decent at "winging it". Ox has a fairly unstructured life. Most of the stuff we do -- like laundry and grocery shopping -- can be done when we feel like it. We need to write two checks per month and pay them in person; all other bills are automatically debited from our checking account.

Butch, we know what you mean when you talk about chatter. Oxy's mind never shuts up. It's a constant background noise. Yeah, we got used to it as well.

Ox was at the plastic surgeon's to get a painful growth removed from his left ear. I've never met a less vain person. Yes, he'll get a painful growth removed immediately. Non-painful? He waits till he remembers to ask someone, which could take a few years. No pain? No hurry. Men! ... or maybe it's only this man.

We had finished the preliminary appointment and were chatting up the receptionist while preparing to leave. Suddenly, without any warning -- Ox later told me that this is extremely unusual; he has always had a warning (of up to a minute; it's called an "aura") before -- Ox had an epileptic seizure and his consciousness vanished. It was like a light bulb burning out. He was there and the, suddenly, he ... *pop* ... wasn't. There. Or anywhere else, either. I grabbed control before we collapsed. Ox had been leaning on the counter, so I continued the conversation while I established some (shaky) control. I felt around, found some energy, wrapped up the conversation, and left. There were four paths home, none optimal. The one I chose (through a park) was a bit longer but was prettier and had some chairs I could use if necessary. Waiting at a bus stop a few blocks further away from our apartment was just plain dumb; walking though a parking lot at midday was not recommended; and the other walking route added blocks to the way home. I walked our body home while stopping at times to admire the wildflowers. Stopping to admire the flowers covered any shakiness in my control of our body. The chairs were useful as well.

I got us home. Then we got ready for bed (I knew, from Ox's memories, that he'd need rest to recover from the seizure), made some sandwiches for us later (Ox would need food as well), left a note about the food, smoked a cigarette (Nasty! but Ox's body would crave it and perhaps wake him up for a fix), and, when I began to shake, laid us both down to sleep. Ox woke us up a few hours later, marveling that we were in our apartment rather than in a hospital (which was what he expected; he's been through this before). I gave him my memory of what happened. He had no idea where the energy came from. (We still don't.) That was the first time he had remained functional during a seizure; it was ... novel.

Nobody else has needed to take control in an emergency. Jack mentioned once that he had created a "Robot" -- a purely logical emergency alter -- for when nobody else is available due to emotional debility. Since weirder things have happened to us -- once it was pointed out, it's a reasonable precaution -- I did it as well. It -- sexuality overly complicates emergency programming. Since asexuality was an option, I used it -- has never been needed (yet).

I understand why both primaries -- I'm really unsure of the wording here, dude, since you technically can't have two primaries, but any other usage (like "dominants") is weirdly inaccurate -- being inexplicably gone is so disturbing. I'm glad we could help. I've found that when I need to make a decision, taking care of something non-urgent helps settle my mind. Having a relaxed mind makes the decision more sure (and sometimes unnecessary).

As for having an alter to deal with motor disability, his name is Jack and he usually does a pretty awesome job of it, babe. Well guys, after a very long hiatus im back and ready to take on new subs and help make more jocks. I've also gotten more in touch with each of my several alters and am doing very well balancing everything out. I had a job for a while, lost it a couple months later and got my ass back out there, pounding the pavement until i got another, and am now working two volunteer jobs (library and animal shelter for anyone who wants to know), and two paying jobs so that i can eventually afford to move out. Anyway, nice talking to everyone and hope you all have a good week.

At first it's a feeling of presence, a sense of thoughts or feelings that are somehow not yours. As the Manly Spirit grows stronger you start hearing a voice in your mind. Shortly after that, he starts being able to come out for short periods of time and actually be the one in the body and do things. Often typing to me and Butch can help.
