There is always Sarnoga's Curse of the Teeny Weenie. It's infamous for shrinking penes. There are also the derivative files; they all have Teeny Weenie in the title. I recently learned that penes is the correct plural of penis; I never thought I'd need to use that interesting bit of trivia.

Physically speaking you can choose a Chastity cage as well. The longer you are in it the smaller it becomes and the smaller you make your cage.
