Help with Preset Maker

Hi all I'm trying to make preset for Subviewer, but I keep getting the message "Error loading preset. Please open Preset Maker ensure all entries are correct".

I am positive that every file needed is there in the same folder with the preset. Does anyone know how to fix
this?
