the Bambi Sleep files are permanent and may become irreversible. the triggers are just part of the package. don't buy what it says that the files only work when you are dressed as Bambi. part of why the file is "evil" is the fact that it is deceptively labeled. anyway, the recommendation was made, you can chicken out of it if you want.
