Its the listening and the masturbation that will shrink your balls. The best results will be from masturbating while listening. You should try to keep a daily schedule of masturbating and listening at least every night at bedtime.

If you really want the best results from the file you should not let the time it takes you to get off discourage you from listening to the file daily, or nightly while you masturbate. This is something you started and you really should see it though to the end. The way to do it is to start listening to the file with headphones and begin masturbating while listening. If you get to the end of file and have not yet gotten off, thats fine. Just stop.

Listen and masturbate again the next night. It is really not necessary to always masturbate to orgasm. Just masturbate while listening to the file. You can stop masturbating when you cum, or when the file ends, which ever is first.

You should eventually get to the place where you seldom, if ever, get off before the end of the file. You may also get to the place where you never cum before the end of the file. If that happens you are making very good progress.
