Are there voice changing files?

I was wondering if there were files that caused the listeners voice to be brought up in pitch without having suggestions of feminization. I would really like to see a file like that cause personally I hate the way my voice sounds lol. I found two on here but from the comments/description they don’t seem to be that strong (and one encourages a lot of feminization suggestions).

Great idea. That exact file is on my to-do list (A very long list, but I'll slowly get around to it).
I'm finding that it's a good idea to make files that do one exact thing, and do it quickly. If people want combo files they can order a custom
