Files not received

I processed an order last week. The charge was processed 7/26 and I have yet to receive the 2 files in my e-mail. I thought they were going to be e-mailed to me. I have checked my e-mail, including spam and do not see anything

Your payment was processed, I cannot say why you did not receive a confirmation email. To download your files go to Your Account -> Your purchases and you should see both of the files there and be able to download them.
