What results can I expect?

Let's say I get something like, TrigMass to work with huge muscles.

How would I percieve that?

Would I just feel like I had huge muscles when I closed my eyes?

Would my mind see myself in a mirror with the expansion?

Would I be able to touch my new found body without breaking the illusion?

Is there a limit or does it all depend on the the person?

Depends on the person...Everything is created with your mind, not some set pattern. I would suspect that your preconcieved ideals on what it will be like will probably be what you experience...If the results were undesirable it only takes you to change them.
