I'm sure you are right about following Sarnoga's instructions as closely as possible. The aim is penis atrophy as you say, and that only comes from having zero erections "a teeny weenie never gets hard". If Sarnoga charged for these files, he would owe MondayTuesday compensation for energizing this thread for all these years.

My theory is that the problem for most listeners is not actually suggestibility, but testosterone. You cannot have a weak penis with high testosterone. It is not possible without an injury or illness. Especially if you are below 40, it will probably be a battle to lower those levels enough for the fun to begin.

To be fair, it was somewhat cooler in my room when the most recent pic was taken, but I'm still confident that I have noticed real changes. I've never listened to this file so frequently before as I have for the last couple of weeks, so I wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Starting the challenge definitely helped me to keep to the schedule of listening twice per day.
