Paid Nina Tempress files gone!?

I had paid for some Nina Tempress files. About 4-5 of them, but when I log in under my purchased files they are gone! Please help. Any idea why they are gone? I often delete and re-download my files because don't want sig other finding this on my device.

Also did you search for NinaTemptress instead of NinaTempress?

Depending on when you purchased them, we had a site crash almost 2 years ago that lost a lot of data. I will investigate that and make sure that you have access to everything you have purchased. Hopefully NinaTemptress hasn't deleted any files from the site.

Thanks for responding! Yes I remember that server crash. I believe you helped me retrieve my files then too! Good news! I was able to find my files. I'm not sure how and why they disappeared, but they are showing up now. I noticed that Nina Temptress was not marked as my favorites, so maybe this is why. I'm not sure how they got removed.I appreciate your help!
