Any general tips for sexuality conversion files?

Been using Curse Forced Straight/Hetero Conversion for a time now and I'm feeling effects, but not to the extent I'd like. Any general advice for how to work with these kind of files? Should I abstain from orgasm for a length while listening, like two or three weeks or something? Should I constantly reaffirm my new sexuality to myself, etc? Any help is appreciated.

It would really depend on how the file was designed. Some files depend on cumming (notably After Cum Queer) and others prefer that you abstain until you're able to cum with someone of the gender that's affirmed by the file.

And if the file doesn't really specify, i.e, with Curse Forced Straight and - I assume, but haven't checked - Curse Forced Gay? There's no instructions for jacking off or whatever in CFS, so i'm unsure of which I should try.
