There are a few things to try on your end of things.
First, I'd reload the page then try logging out of WMM and then back in. Next, I'd restart my browser and try again. No go? A flush of the browser's cache is in order.
Still no premium? Try logging in from another browser. (Not all browsers are created equally.)
If, after that I didn't have my premium access, I'd power down my system then bring it back up, log into WMM via my preferred browser and give it one more go. If I still did not have premium access, I'd message EMG directly through the board's messaging system advising him of my problem. He's usually very prompt about getting back to people suffering these types of issues.
