How to use sublmal files?

Hello!

When i use a sublimal file, can i play it directly from laptop or do i need speakers?
if i need speakers, what type do i need?

My wife hasn´t been hypnotized before, how long would it take time till the file starts to work?

you can play a subliminal directly from your computer speakers. As for how long it will take, that varies greatly from subject to subject. Sometimes days, sometimes months or longer as subliminals are not the best medium for making changes.

I have a LOT of trouble getting into trance, and I'm trying to use subliminal files as a way around that. The idea is that I don't have to go into trance for them to work, so not being able to go under won't be an obstacle. I guess I'll report back on whether it works.
