Increase Effectiveness of Text Based Hypnosis

I would love a file that makes it easier to be hypnotized by hypnosis that is only text with no vocals. I have gotten close to a good trance with these before but I always get too relaxed and my eyes close and then it ruins the effect that the text was building.
