Set file availability

Hello there.
I uploaded a file to the site (https://warpmymind.com/index.php?gadget=HFiles&action=GetFile&file_id=14081) and noticed, that it is set to premium. I really don't think it's worthy of this status yet (Maybe with a better sound quality) and want to set it to "free". How do I do that? Couldn't find this functionality.

All 'free' files are premium for 6 months until they are actually free
