File suggestion: Make holding your bladder painful

I'm surprised such a file doesn't exist. All it would need to do is implant the trigger that whenever you try to hold your bladder, you feel a sharp pain in your bladder. This would quickly condition you to keep your bladder relaxed to avoid the pain, leading to more and more accidents and loss of control.
