Which files re good for the start?

i´m new to hypnosis, i already downloaded a few files and listened to them.
but i didn´t get an reaction from me, so i´m not sure if it works on me or not

I generally recommend a file like TrigFreeze or something that has a single simple goal or trigger. The more things the file attempts to accomplish the less likely it is to succeed. it's also best you choose something that you want to try, that too increases your chances of success. Finally, try a few different authors, if you don't like one's style you may like that of another.

Now and then, one of the guys he hypnotized would put their shoe back on and then say that they were just playing along - that they weren't really hypnotized. - You can even do it because you wonder what's going to happen next.
