Files not playing

For the last month or so whenever I try to play a free file nothing happens. Is there something I can do to solve this?

Can you give me some information on what is going on? What device/browser are you using?

Nothing happens anymore. I’m using iPhone x.

When I click on a file(meaning mp3, not file title) on my iphone it gives me 2 choices. View and download. If I choose view it plays the file otherwise it'll download it to your icloud and can be played from there. That's the result I get using Safari.

Currently not getting the choice to view, and when you click on download you get a blank white screen that just hangs

Please check again, the issue should be resolved. If you still have problems sign out, flush your cache, and sign back in.
