Suggestions?

Hey all, begun to listen to GS Induction last night, relaxed pretty well then as she begun to count down i suddenly got an ererction and climxed within seconds... suggestions as to how to stop this!?

Just stick with it ;) I used to get all het up when I started listening to the files a couple of years ago, but you soon learn just to slip into trance and go with the voice, rather than getting all excited about what you've chosen to want to happen to you!
