Zinc my number 1 supplement for trancing

First of all this is not medical advice, I'm just sharing my experience.

So I've been into self hypnosis for years. But I have never with any amount of self hypnosis or suggestions, been able to make hypnosis easier due to my OCD, something that fights relaxation of the mind and body (fidgeting).

I've experimented with zinc before in the past, but didn't notice any observable effects, and I just assumed it might be doing some good, and since then had dropped it. However since I started supplementing a different form of zinc (22mg of zinc picolinate) these past 2 weeks, my mind has been much calmer, my OCD has subsided a lot, and trancing is relatively easy. Also this is the only zinc I have noticed that actually makes my erections rock hard and sexual arousal so much easier, I notice the effects the first day of taking it. I can even cum with a rock hard erection now, and then get rock hard again later on and cum again.

Where not all zinc forms affect a rats prostate, in this case it was zinc sulphate which had no effect, and yet you can find other studies where zinc sulphate is equally bioavilable in rats: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29457347/

Which may be the reason I'm noticing effects on erection hardness and sexual arousal.

Regardless, the calming effect on my mind is making self hypnosis incredibly easy.

I've also noticed something else, where my sexual preferences are changing ever so slightly, maybe due to the increased sexual arousal zinc is giving me.

I also use to have a lot of bipolar symptoms, mainly hypomania, which keeps getting better daily the better I sleep, which zinc seems to have helped in this department. I actually don't know whether I have true bipolar or just hypomania symptoms due to worsened sleep as a result from a zinc deficiency. I do however know I have OCD since a young age.

I can only assume my zinc deficiency is a result of smoking long term, lots of ejaculations, drinking water and showering in water from copper piping (zinc & copper antagonize each other), or maybe poor absorption from food.

Regardless, I've experimented with a lot of supplements in the past, and I've never tranced as well (because of its mind/ocd calming effects), or had as rock hard erections, as I have on zinc picolinate.

Was zinc picolinate the only zinc you've had success with? I've been on zinc with selenium because of deficiencies mostly due to masturbation and noticed my trances greatly improved since switched from chelated zinc.

I’m also taking zinc bisglycinate, so not sure, as I didn’t observe my trancing in the past when I tried zinc citrate.

However zinc picolinate is the only zinc I’ve used that has effected my erection hardness. (I had the same effect from zinc picolinate in the past when trying it a decade ago).

I'll keep this in mind, zinc with selenium were the only things to really strengthen my morning wood and other erections but I'll happily try this! Side note, have you tried glycine?

Yeah it’s part of my supplement stack. I’ve tried a lot of things to try and help me over the years, and pretty much cover all my bases (omega 3, vit c, e, d, k, magnesium etc..). I thought zinc from a multivitamin would suffice, obviously not in my case.

Also I started taking selenium a couple of years ago. Previous to selenium my immune system was terrible and I’d regularly get ill, and this had been the case for years (note I’m only 34). After I started taking it regularly, my immune system has pretty much been bullet proof (even though I had a zinc deficiency during this time), and I can’t remember the last time that I was ill.

You will notice hard erections the same day on zinc picolinate. Last night I wasn’t even that horny, but because I couldn’t sleep, I wanted to ejaculate so I put some porn on, and even though I wasn’t super turned on or anything by the porn I saw, my dick was still hard as a rock.

I might have to drop the zinc picolinate because I’m getting insomnia and bad sleep. Which then makes hypnosis impossible during the day because of tiredness.

Will stick to zinc Biglycinate alone. Though it doesn’t effect my dick hardness like picolinate form does, I’m hoping it will still work for my zinc deficiency and trancing without the insomnia side effect.
