Question about scripts

I have been in regular contact with an online Master for about a year, however I have lied to him about my true id. I have writing a few scripts so when i listen to them I would open up and be honest to him. I haven't recorded any of them yet because I keep editing them. The question is, although I haven't tryed to hypnotise myself yet with the scripts, by writeing the scripts am I preforming a form of hypnosis on my self without my knowing.
